Studies On Preparation Process Of Taoren Xikang Granules

M e t h o d : O n t h e b a s i s o f t h e o r i g i n a l p r e s c r i p t i o n, w e a n a l y z e a l l t h e i n g r e d i e n t s i n t h e f o r m u l a o f t h e m a i n e ff e c t i v e c o m p o n e n t s a n d i t s p h y s i c a l a n d c h e m i c a l p r o p e r t i e s. We o p t i m i z e t h e e x t r a c t i o n p r o c e s s 、 p u r i f i c a t i o n p r o c e s s 、 d r y i n g p r o c e s s 、 m o l d i n g p r o c e s s o f t h e p r e s c r i p t i o n. Wi t h t h e c o n t e n t o f c o l u m b i a n a d i n a n d e x t r a c t r a t e a s i n d e x e s, e x t r a c t i o n t e c h n o l o g y o f a l c o h o l e x t r a c t i o n p r o c e s s w a s o p t i m i z e d b y o r t h o g o n a l t e s t, u s i n g t h e c o n c e n t r a t i o n a n d a m o u n t o f e t h a n o l, e x t r a c t i o n t i m e a n d t i m e s a s f a c t o r s. Wi t h t h e c o n t e n t o f p a e o n i f l o r i n a n d e x t r a c t r a t e a s i n d e x e s, e ff e c t s o f e x t r a c t i o n t i m e s, e x t r a c t i o n t i m e a n d t h e a m o u n t o f w a t e r e x t r a c t i o n p r o c e s s w e r e o p t i m i z e d b y o r t h o g o n a l t e s t. Ta k i n g c o n t e n t s o f p a e o n i f l o r i n a n d e x t r a c t r a t e a s i n d e x e s, w a t e r e x t r a c t i o n a n d a l c o h o l p r e c i p i t a t i o n w a s a d o p t e d t o p u r i f y t h e e x t r a c t e d l i q u i d a n d i n v e s t i g a t e t h e c o n c e n t r a t i o n o f a l c o h o l. D r y g r a n u l a t i n g t e c h n o l o g y w a s a d o p t e d t o m a k e g r a n u l e s a n d m o i s t u r e a b s o r p t i o n p e r c e n t a g e, d i s s o l v e c a p a c i t y, a n g l e o f r e s p o n s e, b u l k d e n s i t y a n d g r a n u l e s y i e l d w e r e c h o s e n a s i n d e x t o i n v e s t i g a t e s u i t a b l e s u p p l e m e n t a r y m a t e r i a l. R e s u l t : ⑴ O p t i m u m a l c o h o l e x t r a c t i o n p r o c e s s w a s a s f o l l o w s : e x t r a c t e d 3 t i m e s w i t h 6- f o l d 6 0 % e t h a n o l, 1. 5 h e a c h t i m e; O p t i m u m w a t e r e x t r a c t i o n p r o c e s s w a s a s f o l l o w s : e x t r a c t e d 2 t i m e s w i t h 8 t i m e s t h e a m o u n t o f w a t e r, 1. 5 h o u r e a c h t i m e. ⑵ Anhydrous ethanol was slowly added to the water extraction liquid until t h e e t h a n o l c o n c e n t r a t i o n w a s 7 0 %, t h e n w e p u r i f i e d t h e s o l u t i o n a n d l e t i ts t a n d f o r 2 4 h, f i l t r a t e d a n d r e c o v e r y t h e e t h a n o l. T h e n m e rg i n g w i t h t h e r e c o v e r y o f e t h a n o l a l c o h o l e x t r a c t i o n l i q u i d, w e c o n c e n t r a t e d t h e m t o t h e r e l a t i v e d e n s i t y o f 1. 0 2 ~ 1. 0 4( 6 0 ℃). ⑶ Concentrated extract was put in vacuum dryer under-0.08 MPa, 80 ℃ c o n d i t i o n t o b e d e c o m p r e s s i o n d r y i n g. T h e n w e s m a s h e d t h e m t o e x t r a c t p o w d e r, a n d m i x e d w i t h n o t o g i n s e n g p o w d e r b y p r e s c r i p t i o n p r o p o r t i o n. ⑷ Main ingredient and accessories(Starch and dextrin 1:1) were mixed a c c o r d i n g t o t h e p r o p o r t i o n o f 4 : 1, w e m a k e d t h e m i n t o g r a n u l e s b y d r y g r a n u l a t o r t e c h n o l o g y. C o n c l u s i o n : Te s t r e s u l t s s h o w t h a t t h e Ta o r e n X i k a n g g r a n u l e s p r e p a r a t i o n t e c h n o l o g y i s r e a s o n a b l e, a n d i t i s a p p l i c a b l e f o r i n d u s t r i a l p r o d u c t i o n.
