Hyaluronic Acid Sodium Injection Share Morphine Injection Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Pain

Objective: summarizing the method and clinical efficacy of the osteal sectionⅠin the first affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional chinesemedcine,which cured knee osteoarthritis by Sodium hyaluronate injection andmorphine injection.Methods：Screening86cases of patients with knee OA from July2010toDecember2011which cured in the osteal section Ⅰ in the first affiliatedhospital of liaoning university,86cases of patients were randomly dividedinto knees OA treatment group and control group, the treatment group use sodiumhyaluronatc and morphine injection in articular cavity, the control group usesodium hyaluronatc injection in articular cavity, after treatment, the clinicalsymptoms improved observation.Result: After3months of follow-up, the two groups for1week,5weeks,3months,evaluation index improved obviously.3months after the effective rate was95.3%and79.0%, each group was significant difference (P <0.01)Conclusion: sodium hyaluronatc and morphine injection treatment of kneeosteoarthritis is effective, and obviously alleviate pain.
