Method Of Yiqi Soft Firm Fights Jiajian Rat Myocardial Tr Alpha 1 Mrna Expression

Purpose：To study the effect of yiqi ruanjian sanjie method on myocardialTRα1mRNA of hypothyroidism wistar rats.Material and method：Wistar rats were divided into4groups: normal group,model group, L-T4group, and Yiqi ruanjian sanjie method. Each group had30rats.Normal group: ordinary diet and double distilled water (DDW) was fed while modelcontrol group was fed with low iodine diet (LD) and DDW. Serum thyroid-stimulatinghormone (TSH) was measured with Elisa. Serum total T4(TT4), T3(TT3) measuredwith radioimmunoassay (RIA). Myocardial TRα1mRNA was measured with Real-timequantity PCR. Ger-Arsenic cerium Spectrophotometry was used to measure medianurinary iodine (MUI). Myocardial morphological changes were observed underoptical microscope, and myocardial electrocardio was measured by ECG machine.Results：1. Giving the processing factor8weeks later, L-T4group and yiqi ruanjian sanjiegroup serum TT3value were higher than normal group and model group (P <0.01).Serum TT4value was higher (P <0.001).Serum TSH value was lower (P <0.01, and yiqi ruanjian sanjie group was obviously lower than L-T4group).2. ECG indicates differnece between L-T4group and yiqi ruanjian sanjie group(P <0.05), and heart rate and low-volume were recovered.3. Yiqi ruanjian sanjie group of myocardial TRα1mRNA expression is1.08timeshigher than L-T4group. Myocardial morphology of yiqi ruanjian sanjie group wasrecovered obviously more than L-T4group.Conclusion：Compared with L-T4group, yiqi ruanjian sanjie method can make myocardic ofhypothyroidism recovery by myocardial TRα1mRNA.
