| Objective:The use of Ruanjiansanjie traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with indolent lymphoma,to improve the efficacy and quality of life and prolong the survival period.To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine Ruanjiansanjie combined with chemotherapy in indolent lymphoma,in order to improve the quality of life and the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in patients with indolent lymphoma,prolonging survival time.Methods:60 cases of patients with indolent lymphoma the selected primary,randomized 30 patients using traditional Chinese medicine Ruanjiansanjie combined chemotherapy;another 30 cases treated with chemotherapy were selected as control group.After 4 cycles of chemotherapy,the judgment standard and toxicity of WHO solid tumors criteria.Through CT,LDH,Hb,CA125 ESR,and TCM,comparing the experimental group and control group in tumor size,tumor load index and the changes of Hematology,gastrointestinal tract,hair loss and the degree of neurotoxicity,Chinese basic to improve the quality of life.Results:1.In two groups after 5 months of treatment,1 cases in the treatment group were completely controlled,7 cases markedly effective,effective 17 cases,invalid 13 cases,efficiency 65.79%,control group total control of 0 cases,4 cases were cured,12 cases effective,22 cases ineffective,the efficiency of 42.11%.by testing P <0.05.The difference was statistically significant,that the curative effect of treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Two patients were evaluated for efficacy in statistics after 10 months treatment,6 cases in the treatment group were completely controlled,15 cases markedly effective,effective10 cases,invalid 7 cases,efficiency 81.58%,control group total control of 1 cases,8 cases markedly effective in 14 cases,15 cases were invalid,the efficiency of60.52%.test,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,but that the efficacy of the treatment group than the control group.2.By CT examination compared two groups of patients before treatment,changes of tumor examination,was P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,that two groups have curative effect.The tumor size,degree of two groups decreased after inspection,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,that the treatment group than the control group.3.The treatment group and the control group LDH,after 4 cycles of treatment,two groups of LDH values were reduced by P<0.05 test,the difference was statistically significant,it could be said that the two group had curative effect.And the treatment group compared with control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,that the curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group.4.The treatment group and the control group Hb,after 4 cycles of treatment,two groups of values of HB were improved by P<0.05 test,the difference was statistically significant,it could be said that the two group had curative effect.The treatment group and the control group compared to P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,can not think of the efficacy of the treatment group than the control group.5.The treatment group and the control group ESR,after 4 cycles of treatment,two groups of ESR values were reduced by P<0.05 test,the difference was statistically significant,it could be said that the two group had curative effect.And the treatment group compared with control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,that the curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group.6.In the treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,patients with sleep,diet status improved significantly,improve the quality of life,look pale,pulse compared with before treatment has improved.Conclusion:Ruanjiansanjie Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of indolent lymphoma and chemotherapy in tumor size than before treatment were effective.The effect of the treatment group to the control group was better than chemotherapy alone.Two groups of LDH,Hb,ESR compared with before treatment were improved in the treatment group,LDH,ESR index,the effect is better than the control group.At the same time combined with TCM treatment group,the patients’ survival compared with star before treatment improved.That combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of lymphoma due to chemotherapy,Ruanjiansanjie Chinese medicine have the effect in the treatment of indolent lymphoma. |
