Large-headed Atractylodes Decoction Liquid Composition And Preparation Of The Main Chemical Composition

This paper can be divided into three chapters:The first chapter describes the decoction of the chemical constituents of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. The second chapter describes the preparation techique of main chemical constituents from Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. The third chapter review the study of chemical constituents and Atractylenolide in pharmacology in recent years.The chemical constituents of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz has been studied more in-depth, isolation and identification of the sesquiterpenes,flavonoids,fatty acids,sugars,amino acids and other compounds.However the chemical contituents of the decoction of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz so far not been reported.In order to further reveal the basis of pharmacological activity in Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz, the chemical constituents of the n-butanol part of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz were isolation,purification and identification. Six compounds were isolated from n-butanol and four of their structures were identified, their structures can be identified:Atractylenolide â… , Atractylenolide â…¢, D-mannitol, amber acid. D-mannitol,amber acid were found to be isolated In this plant for the first time.On the basis of phytochemical research, the content of Atractylenolide â…¢ in Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography, systematically studied on the fingerprint chromatograms of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz by high performance liquid chromatography.Combined with the need of pharmaceutical companies, six types of macroporous adsorption resin were evaluated for separating efficiency,AB-8was founded to be suitable for separation and purification of Atractylenolide III.As an indicator of the content of the Atractylenolide â…¢,optimized the conditions of the AB-8to purify Atractylenolide â…¢.Taking the boiling times,boiling time and watering times as investigation targets by orthogonal design for optimizing the optimal extraction process of polysaccharide from Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz, obtain the optimal extraction process,and provide the reference basis for the further development of polysaccharide from Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.At last, the review of the study of chemical constituents and Atractylenolide in pharmacology in recent years.
