Purpose:Reveal the rule of functional dyspepsia (FD) differentiation and medicine usage, through analyzing the last10years clinical documents about FD treatment, and the reasults searched from Puji Fang data base management system. Consequently, get a prescription focusing on FD treatment, which is experimental study confirmed. So that provide scientific basis to phase â…¡ research for TCM new drug and clinical useage.Material and method:1. reveal the rule of syndrome differentiation and medicine usage, through inductively analyzing the last10years TCM clinical documents.2. Statistically analyze the searching reasults from Fuji Fang data base management system to reveal the rule of ancient medicine usage on treating FD.3. Based on the research above, combining with clinical activities,"stomach harmony grain" was composed for the disharmony between liver and stomach. Animal experiments were adopted to test the effect. Apply the test of intestinal propulsive motility on normal mouse to observe the effect on mtestm.4. To establish FD animal models by clamping tail to irritate rats to investigate the effect on gastric emptying and intesting propulsive motility.5. Apply the rabbits’invitro intestine spontaneous movement experiment on testing the effect on the frequncy, fluctuation range and stretching force of intestine.Result:1. There are many major differences on FD syndrome differentiation in authority standards. The deficiency of scientificitv and uniform standar for svndrome differentiation and diagnosis seriously fades TCM characteristic and superiority. So that, it is eager to re-establish a uniform standard.2. The TCM location of FD are liver, spleen and stomach. The clinical medicine usage concentrates on the ones with effects of warming internal viscera, regulating and tonifying qi.3."stomach harmony grain" can accelerate the small intestine propulsive motility on normal mouse.4."stomach harmony grain" can improve gastric emptying on FD rats;5."stomach harmony grain" can reduce the frequncy, fluctuation range and stretching force of rabbits’invitro intestine spontaneous movement, and inhibit the spasm due to acetylcholine.Conclusion:1.
