Needle Knife In The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Purpose： Evaluation the clinical efficacy of oral herbal decoction, lumbartraction, bone trauma treatment instrument with knife treatment of lumbar discherniation.Material and method：Screening of hospitalized patients with lumbar discherniation in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliatedhospitals2ndorthopedic in March2011to2011in December of41cases.The caseinformation is complete, diagnostic accuracy, and in patients with lumbar discherniation treated by needle knife as object of study of this group. The41patients were randomly divided into treatment group and comparison group.21in treatment group, and20cases in control group. Both groups are herbaldecoctions, lumbar traction, bone trauma treatment apparatus, treatment groupscombined with needle-knife.2weeks as a course. Issued by China Stateadministration of traditional Chinese medicine of the disease diagnosticstandards of efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and JOA (Japan OrthopaedicAssociation) standard for clinical evaluation of low back pain, score andcalculate the rate of improvement of the method for two groups of patients,observation and comparison of two groups of patients with lumbar disc herniationtreated with different therapy. SPSS13.0for experimental data obtained fromstatistical software packages.Results：After treatment,the clinical curative effect of two groups oftreatment were obvious. the treatment group and control group after treatmenteach index all have obvious improvement.Two group comparison integrated therapytie needle knife on low back pain, and lower limb pain and the numb, and walkability, and direct leg elevation test, and lower limb skin feel, and daily lifeaction of effect of improve comparison has clear sexual differences (P<0.05); treatment before and after two group patients Xia low back pain scoring andimprove rate of observation results indicates that, treatment group in improvelumbar disc highlight syndrome patients of clinical symptoms clear better thancontrol group.Conclusion：Two kinds of therapy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniationhave certain degree of efficacy, but combined with needle-knife therapy forimproving patients ’ symptoms, reduce pain and improve the quality of life better,worth promoting.
