Tumor Associated Anorexia Main Symptom And Syndrome Characteristics Of Observation

Purpose：The aim of this study is to know the symptoms and syndrome distributioncharacteristics between the different degrees of anorexia related with tumor,and to discusses the thought of treating it in clinic.Material and method:Survey retrospectively84cases of anorexia patients withtumor who were admitted to the oncology at our hospital from October1,2011-October30,2011, quote the score standard of anorexia, and use software SPSSStatistics17.0to doing respectively system clustering analysis and k-meansclustering analysis to the overall and the different degrees of patients withanorexia about the other symptoms.Result:1.The whole sample is aking fatigue as the main with symptoms, where as painis also one of the main symptoms except the fatigue,to the moderate and severeanorexia patients with tumor.2.The whole is taking fatigue as the center of virtual syndrome performance,where as the syndrome performance is composed by fatigue, abdominal pain,abdominal distension, poor sleep to the severe ones.Conclusion: The anorexia patients with tumor still need to focus on enhancingupright, for moderate and severe ones we should also give consideration to thepain and better promoting qi.
