Exploratory Study On The Standardization Of TCM Symptom Terms Related To Malignant Tumors

Research ObjectiveUsing the "similar symptom classification method" to classify the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine related to malignant tumors,and on the basis of this,the terms of complex or inconspicuous symptoms are separated in detail,so as to minimize the connotation of symptoms after resolution and to make the epitaxy clear.Independent of each other,lay the foundation for the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine symptomatic terms.Through the collection of clinical medical records,the description of clinical common symptoms is formulated and shallow analysis is performed.Research MethodsPart ?:Review the national,industry standards,and professional books related to the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms related to malignant tumors published since 1980.collect,summarize,and sort out related symptom terms,and use the "similar symptom classification method" to sort out the symptoms.The terms are classified,and the complex or indefinable symptoms of the symptoms are decomposed and divided in detail,and the symptoms after the separation are expressed with the least connotation,clear and independent.Part ?:Retrospectively collected the first course of illnesses of inpatients in the Department of Oncology of Guang'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from July 2017 to March 2018,and summarized and reviewed the status of the description of clinical symptoms.Research resultsPart ?:Using the "similar symptom classification method" to classify the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine collected from malignant tumors patients,and then split the terminology of compound or indefinable symptoms to obtain a symptom term with minimal connotation and denotation.forming a list of standardized symptom terms.Among them,55 subjects with systemic similar symptoms were grouped together,then the term with unclear meanings was divided into 65 terms with the smallest connotation and clear episode.The psychiatric similar symptoms were grouped into 23 groups,unclear terminology was divided to obtain 28 terms with minimal connotation and clear episodes;head and neck similar symptoms were grouped into 86 groups,then the term with unclear meanings was divided into 109 terms with the smallest connotation and clear episode;chest similar symptoms were grouped into 41 groups,terminology with unclear meanings was split,and 45 terms with minimal connotation and clear episodes were obtained;30 groups with abdomen similar symptoms were summarized,the unclear terminology was divided to obtain the minimum connotation and 56 episodes of symptomatic terminology.Stool,urine and reproductive similar symptoms were grouped into 71 groups,then the unclear terminology was divided and the connotation was minimized.There were 84 episodes with clear episodes of symptoms;blood similar symptoms were grouped into 8 groups,all of which had minimal symptoms and could not be resolved.Lumbar and extremities similar symptoms were grouped into 25 groups;due to the uncertainty of the site of symptoms,heavy body,opisthotonos,palms hot,foot heart fever,cold hands,cold feet,lumbar muscles,back acid,waist soft,Knee acid,knee soft,hemiplegia,the content is relatively independent,the rest can be expressed in the way of "specific parts" + "the nature of the lesion",for the site where the left and right symmetry,the clinical still need to be subdivided into "leftr" and "right".Pain symptoms can be divided into two major parts according to the nature of the pain and the pain site.There are a total of 25 groups of natural pain similar symptoms,and the site-type pain is relatively single,can be expressed as "pain site" + pain.The smallest symptomatic term is 89.For the site with left and right symmetry,it still needs to be subdivided into"Left" and "Right".the swelling similar symptoms are summarized into 11 groups,and the terms with ambiguous expression are split.There are 12 symptomatic terms with minimal connotation and definite epitaxy.For those parts with symmetrical symmetry,they still need to be subdivided into "Left" and "Right" in clinical.Part ?:Referring to the list of standardized symptoms related to malignant neoplasms mentioned above,there are 18 systemic symptoms involved in the clinical record.Among them,only chills,fever,night sweats 3 symptoms are described as specification,connotation,and extension;the mental symptoms involved are 11,of which only flustered and upset 2 symptoms were described in terms of specification,single connotation,and epitaxy;there were 30 head and neck symptoms involved,of which only head bulging,pale complexion,throat,itchy throat,mouth pain,mouth stickiness.,dry mouth,thirst,mouth thirst,turbidity,nasal congestion,tinnitus,deafness 13 symptoms description specifications,a single connotation,epitaxy clear;involved 24 chest symptoms,including only cough,dry cough,cough,paroxysmal cough,no sputum,lazy words,aphonia 7 symptoms description specifications,single connotation,epitaxial clear;involved 16 abdominal symptoms,among them only nausea,vomiting,retching,nausea,hernia 5 symptoms description specifications,connotation is single,epitaxy is clear;there are 7 back lumbar extremity symptoms,among which only 1 description of symptoms of backache,single connotation,epitaxy is clear,and other clinical symptoms occur in a part of the body cannot be summarized in general,-and it should be expressed in the-form of "Specific location"+ "lesion nature";there are 26 complications and reproductive-related symptoms involved,of which only urgency,urinary incontinence,defecate unpleasant,etc.Mucosa,stickiness,diarrhea,and atrophy 7 symptoms are described specification,single connotation,and epitaxy are clear.According to the description of pain symptoms,it can be concluded that the symptoms of pain are relatively single,and the description of the pain area can be used to describe "the site of pain " + pain to express,for the above-mentioned symmetry of the site,the clinical still need to be subdivided into "left" and "right";involved 5 types of blood test symptoms,the symptom description has one or more other titles;There are 4 swelling-related symptoms.According to the swelling similar clinical symptoms,the swelling of the limbs should be divided into specific parts and expressed in the form of "particular location" + "edema/edema/swelling".The clinical site still needs to be subdivided into "left" and "right".Research conclusion1 "Symptoms of Similar Symptoms" is an effective method for classifying traditional Chinese medicine symptoms associated with malignancy and is a prerequisite for the standardization of symptomatic terms.2 The division of complex or indefinable symptomatic terminology into the least-meaning symptom,to achieve symptom independence,to help regulate the names of symptomatic terms,and to clarify the connotation of symptoms is part of the standardization of symptomatic terminology.3 When doctors describe the clinical symptoms,symptoms such as inconsistent symptom names and multiple compound symptoms are ubiquitous and need to be standardized.When doctors describe the symptoms,they must pay attention to the comprehensiveness of symptom collection,avoid partial diagnosis,and influence the differentiation and treatment of diseases.
