Purpose:According to WHO, around the world each year more than1000new cancerpatients, about50%of cancer patients with pain,80%-90%in advanced cancerpatients with different degree of pain, more than half of cancer pain treatmentcannot get enough relief from. External treatment of traditional Chinesemedicine in the treatment of cancer pain pain rapidly, has played a positiverole, especially suitable for advanced in critically ill patients with oraladministration or not, is safe and reliable, non-toxic, easily accepted by thepatients etc.. But the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine inthe treatment of cancer pain clinical research research design perfect, thorough, the lack of uniform, impartial, objective criteria of therapeutic effects, thisleads to a statistically significant result of poor reliability, difficult tovarious research groups: comparative analysis of therapeutic efficiency. Thisresearch is based on the tutor for many years clinical experience and become" analgesic cream", in order to evidence-based medicine theory as a guide, withmetastatic bone cancer pain, patients with hepatocellular carcinoma appearedas the research object, through stratified randomized, placebo-controlledevaluation of analgesic ointment treatment and combined with morphine for cancerpain analgesic effect and safety sex, establish suitable for promotion of cancerpain with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensivetreatment scheme.Material and method:Material:selected In2010January-2011year in December in the AffiliatedHospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for diagnosisof bone metastatic cancer pain, the pain of liver cancer patients with TCMSyndrome Differentiation for blood stasis syndrome in84cases.(including mildcancer pain in42cases of metastatic carcinoma of bone with mild pain in18cases, hepatic cancer with mild pain in24cases), and severe cancer pain in42 cases (bone metastases carcinoma with severe pain in18cases, hepatic cancerwith mild pain in24cases). The mild pain, severe pain were randomly dividedinto observation group and analgesic plaster analgesic paste simulation agentgroup.method:1.generation: using hierarchical coding block randomization method, by usingDAS statistical software, a given number of seed,84subjects received treatment-the test drug and control drug (drug simulation agent) random arrangement (i.e.random coding table).2.treatment methods: researchers in each of the subjects treated in drugdispensing medication sequence number. In order to analgesic cream or analgesicpaste simulation agent sticking pain site, first with warm water to clean skin, each part of a day, every10hours to rest once2hour after sticking with, periodof treatment is7days. During treatment with provisions in addition to drugmorphine, cannot be combined with any traditional Chinese medicine preparationfor relieving pain and analgesic medicine. Before and after medication recordNRS score, pain severity, pain, sleep time, frequency of administration, immediate morphine analgesic satisfaction, satisfaction with treatment, TCM total score andtotal score of pain.Results:1.with mild pain analgesic paste, seventh day test medicine group and simulationagent NRS score in group (static) were1.619±0.921and0.238±0.539,statistically, the two groups were compared with significant difference (P<0.05);NRS score (motion) were1.952±1.244and0.428±1.207,classics statistically, the two groups were compared with significant difference (P<0.05);chiefcomplaint of pain severity were0.810±0.602and0.095±0.301, statistically, the two groups were compared with significant difference(P<0.05); pain time were3.333±1.528and0.048±1.601, after statistical processing, compared two groupshave significant difference (P<0.05); sleep time were-1.524±0.981and0.048± 1.396, statistically, the two groups were compared with significant difference(P<0.05);analgesic satisfaction scores were1.810±0.750and0±1.140,statistically,the two groups were compared with significant difference (P<0.05);treatment satisfaction were1.762±0.700and-0.333±1.354,statistically, thetwo groups were compared with significant difference (P<0.05); Chinese totalscores were2.191±1.887and0.714±1.102, statistically significant, comparedtwo groups The difference(P<0.05); pain score was11.238±6.340and3.524±6.904,statistically, the two groups were compared with significant difference(P<0.05).In2severe cancer pain with analgesic paste after the seventh day after treatment, the test group and the simulation of the agent group sleep time, treatmentsatisfaction mean difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), NRS score, pain severity, pain, sleep time, analgesic satisfaction, treatment satisfaction,Chinese total score, pain score mean difference there were no statisticalsignificance (P>0.05). But on the seventh day two group, morphine consumptionwere63.095±17.540and89.398±27.805, mean difference after statisticsprocessing, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Outbreak of painful timeswere0.429±0.746and1.314±1.157, mean difference statistically, there isstatistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. in the treatment of clinical controlled observation of analgesic ointment, can quickly and effectively relieve mild pain, prolonged pain relief time, improve sleep quality, enhance the analgesic satisfaction and satisfaction withtreatment, so as to achieve pain relief, improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the pain.2. in the treatment of clinical controlled observation, analgesic ointmentcombined with morphine in the treatment of moderate and severe cancer pain, canreduce the morphine dosage, enhanced the antinociceptive effects of morphine, but also can reduce the number of pain episodes, effectively prolongs the analgesic time and analgesic effects of. Combined with morphine for severe cancerpain effectively prolongs the analgesic time and analgesic effects of.
