Purpose: Preliminary study of Xin Yan Ning Granule and medicated serum on Coxsackie virus group B virus (CVB3m) infection in SD rat myocardial cells.Material and method:In vitperiment method,Determination of carditis Ning Granule maximum toxic dose (TD0), cell lesionro culture of neonatal SD rat ventricular muscle preparation of cultured myocardial cells,24hours after inoculation of TCID50CVB3m as an experimental model of viral myocarditis,Using serum pharmacology and directly add Xin Yan Ning granules on cell culture substrate two for in vitro exs (CPF), virus LD50(TCID50),Application ofMTT method to detect the concentration of drug and medicated serum on CVB3m infection of the myocardium protection rate.Results:1.Application of MTT method in detecting results show the rate of differentconcentrations of Xin Yan Ning Granule on myocardial cell protection had asignificant difference (P <0.05);the protectionrate of TD0,1/4TD0,1/8TD0,1/16TD0on myocardial cells was significantly higher than thatof the1/32TD0, the difference being statistically significant (P <0.05);the protection rate of TD0and1/16TD0on myocardial cells had a significant statistical difference fromthat of1/128TD0(P <0.05).2.Different concentrations of experimental drug containing serum on myocardial cell protection rate had a significant difference (P <0.05or P <0.01), high dose group on protection of myocardial cells was significantly higher than that of the low dose group,The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), with normal serum difference also exists among groupswere statistically significant (P <0.05).3.Serum containing different concentrations between groups there was signif icant difference (P <0.05or P <0.01), High dose group of1:2on the protection of myocardial cells and the rate of1:64,1:128,1:256between the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), Middle dose group1:2onthe protection of myocardial cells and the rate of1:16,1:64,1:128,1:256between the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), Low dose group of1:2between the differences were statistically significant with1:64,1:128,1:256there are significant differences (P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Different concentrations of carditis Ning Granule on CVB3m infection myocardial cells have different degree of protection.2.The experimental drug containing serum reaches a certain concentration ofCVB3m infection myocardial cell protection.
