In the preparatory work on the basis of Alpiniae Oxyphyllae fructus.This study begined with the Alpiniae Oxyphyllae fructus processed with salt generally manifesting its effects on kidney,would research an appropriate model,and compare the effects of the mix-fry with brine one to the raw one, and provide the scientific for the principle of mix-fhry with brine.MethodsThe methods used in the research of the scientific connotation are philological, pharmacological and pharmacodynamics means1 use the philological methods to Summarize the research of Alpiniae Oxyphyllae fructus from 11th Five-Year Plan.2 use pharmacological methods to explore the suitable modle for this study.3 using the pharmacological methods,we formula the SuoQuanwan with Alpiniae Oxyphyllae,and through researching the effects of SuoQuanwan,we observate the differents between the two Alpiniae Oxyphyllae fructus(the mix-fry with brine one and the raw one).4 through observating pharmacodynamics effect of the mix-fry with brine one,we would got some pharmacodynamics parameters.and provide some reference for the clinic.Results1 the study on the modle of kidney yang defiency inducing polyutria show that the mouse which food C5H5N5 for 5 days woud arise the symptom of kidney yang defiency:droping in body temperature, being in heaps, polyutria,and kidney tumescence, kidney tissue damaging,the value of bun,crea raising.2 Either for the modle of water load inducing polyutria, or for the modle of kidney yang defiency inducing polyutria,SuoQuanwan which be formulaed by the salt- Alpiniae Oxyphyllae fructus be superior to which be formulaed by the crude one for the polyutria.Also, for the modle of kidney yang defiency inducing polyutria,if the Alpiniae Oxyphyllae fructus of SuoQuanwan was processed by salt, SuoQuanwan's effects on repairing kidney would be better than the crude one.3 through researching the salt-Alpiniae Oxyphyllae fructus with the modle of water load inducing polyutria, and using reducing the rate of the urine as target aim,we have gotten some pharmacodynamics parameters.ConclusionsFirtly,we have successfully worked out the modle:C5H5N5 could result in mouse kidney week,and the mouse would appear polyutria. Secondly,we wompaered the salt -Alpiniae Oxyphyllae fructus with the crude one (the two which be formulaed SuoQuanwan) based on this modle,we have found that 1)the salt one is better than the crude one for curing polyutria,2) and the salt one can repair the damaged kidney tissue 3) the salt one can lower the blood BUN,CREA from the mouse of the modle.So,in a word,the salt- Alpiniae Oxyphyllae fructus(be formula SuoQuanwan)can take care of both tip and root,but the crude one can not.Another,that we have found out some.pharmacokinetic parameters will provide clinic gist for the traditional Chinese medical science.
