Purpose：To explore the variation of pulmonary rales in the courseof the disease of childhood pneumonia, analysis wheather or not thedisappearance of rales, nature are related to the syndromes inchildren with information, to clarify the significance of pulmonaryrales on the diagnosis and treatment of childhood pneumonia andprovide the basis for determining the severity in children withobjective pulmonary rales, rales features.Material and method：339childen with pneumonia are from pediatricWard of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese MedicineHospital which be hospitalized from mid-March2010to April2011.In a quiet environment,record daily rales of children withpneumonia in admitted, and input patient information into thedatabase.Divide groups according to the disappearance of the rales,establish points of comparison to find difference in differentsituations; For the different nature of the rales, statistical mainsymptoms points, tongue,the total points of each grade of thefrequency times to carry out correlation analysis; Do hough transformthe typical rales files which read by clinicians, observe therecognition rate. Results：1. The development trend of the conventional treatment rales basicauscultation-sputum-rales disappeared; the rales conversion inthe fourth, fifth, six days a maximum of mostly converted to sputummoist rales, wetrales disappeared.2. In the course the rales are related with the admission chest X-raysituation, the number of tablets shadow of no rales group ofchildren with chest radiograph more than have rales group; rales,the number of days before admission, dyspnea, rales group less thanhave rales groups. Main symptoms were mild which rales disappearedless time in children.3. Rales change points in the main disease, the condition score,thetongue, on the difference statistically significant, the basic theblisters tone combined dry rales with are more important than simplerales are more important than simply dry rales emphasis on the breathsounds thick.4. Hough transform is a computer image processing methods. The houghmethod detect breathing reliable.Conclusion：1. Pulmonary rales of children’s pneumonia have some variation. 2. Rales of pneumonia in children only related with the continuingsurge in the chest, dyspnea continuous days before admission; Ralesare closely related to the disappearance of rales and children withthe disease; The nature is related to the total condition of the rales,the tongue.3. Using hough transform method,can make the recognition of ralesin children with pneumonia objectively come true.
