Objectives: To explore the Blood and water circulation method for chronicheart failure with mild to moderate clinical symptoms, physical examination andquality of life.Methods: the randomized patients with chronic heart failure were divided intotwo groups, the control group, the experimental group with40cases in each group,and control group was treated with routine western medicine therapy and, whennecessary, experimental group in the control group on the basis of promotingblood flow and diuresis therapy plus clothing embodiment of Chinese medicinedecoction.Treatment for2months, observed and recorded in patients with LVDbefore and after treatment, BNP, EF%,6minutes walk test and TCM symptoms andsigns integral score results and other related index.Results:1Before treatment: the test group and the control group the heartfunction parameters (LVD, BNP, EF%,6minutes walk test), TCM symptoms and signsintegral, by t test statistical analysis, P>0.05, no statistical differencebefore and after treatment in two groups;2Of cardiac function parameters, TCMsymptoms and signs integral, the t test statistical analysis, P <0.05, therewas a statistically significant difference between;3After treatment: the testgroup and the control group, the parameters of cardiac function of TCM symptomsand signs integral with statistical difference (P<0.05).In the improvement ofheart function, quality of life in treatment group than in control group.Conclusion: Blood and water circulation method for chronic heart failurepatients can improve their physical, social parameters, improve the cardiacfunction, TCM symptoms and signs, and improve the quality of life.
