Purpose:To observe the influence of adopting the method of benefiting Qi andactivating blood circulation on mild to moderate clinical symptoms of chronicobstructive pulmonary disease stabilization period、physical and chemicalexamination and life quality.Method:60cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients wererandomly divided into two groups, treatment group30cases,30patients.The twogroups was treated with routine western medicine(Mucosolvan30mg third a dayoral,Compound Theopylline Tablets0.2g twice a day oral). Treatment group, usethe decoction of the Yiqihuoxue(Day one, points early in the evening oral).Treatment for three months, observe and record the treatment of patients beforeand after lung function test results, arterial blood gas analysis of test results, and St. George’s respiratory questionnaire score results indicators.Results:1.Before treatment:the treatment group and control group, lungfunction parameters(FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC%、FEV1Predict)、Arterial blood gasanalysis(PaO2、PaCO2、PH、HCO3-)、St. George’s respiratory questionnaire scoreresults(Symptom score, impact score, activity scor)Statistical analysis,P>0.05,No statistical difference.2.Before and after treatment of lung functionparameters, arterial blood gas analysis, St. George’s respiratory questionnairescore results were statistically processing,P<0.05,Statistically significant;3.After treatment: the treatment group and control group, lung functionparameters, arterial blood gas analysis, St. George’s respiratory questionnairescore results statistically significant(P<0.05).Description of the treatmentgroup in improving the quality of life, lung function, improve arterial oxygenpartial pressure than the control group;4.SGRQ3part of the score and Totalscore and FEV1%predicted%was negatively correlated with relationship. Theactive part of the score and FEV1%predicted the best correlation(-0.745). Conclusion:Benefiting Qi and activating blood circulation can improve theirphysiological, physical and social parameters the stable period COPD patients, toimprove their lung function and arterial oxygen tension, and enhance theirquality of life.
