| Objective: By comparing the curative effect of therapeutic schedule of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation and general western medicine therapy,to discuss the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine for invigorating spleen and supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis in reversing the pathological changing of chronic atrophic gastritis and to search for scientific,objective and effective traditional Chinese medicine that can prevent precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,filling the gap of medicines for preventing precancerous lesions of gastric cancer in the current medical field.Methods: 68 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups based on random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.Patients from the control group were given CAG western medicine basis treatment while patients from the treatment group were given benefiting qi for activating blood circulation(self-made formula of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation).Four months after treatment,clinical symptom scores,gastroscope results and pathological tissue examination results of patients before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results: Four months after treatment,Hp eradication rate of the treatment groups was 21.74% and the control group was 77.27%,the difference had statistical significance,the total effective rate of the control group wassignificantly higher than that of the treatment group(P<0.01).Comparing the overall curative effect of two groups,after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 60.61% and the control group was 36.36%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group was better than the control group.Comparing the symptom score of two groups before and after treatment,Treatment group and control group of TCM syndrome total integral comparison before and after the treatment are very significant differences(P<0.01),suggesting that both groups can significantly improve the patients' clinical symptoms.The treatment group and control group after treatment of TCM syndrome total score was very significant difference(P<0.01),Indicates that the treatment group in improving clinical symptoms in patients with better than the control group.Comparing the total curative effect of two groups under gastroscope after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 66.67% and the control group was 42.42%,the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the total curative effect for gastric mucosa atrophy improvement condition,the effective rate of the treatment group was 63.63%and the control group was 39.39%,the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the total curative effect for gastric antrum atrophy improvement condition,the effective rate of the treatment group was66.67% and the control group was 36.36%,the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the curative effect for gastric body atrophy improvement condition,the effective rate of the treatment group was 60.87% and the control group was 33.33%,the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the curative effect for gastric angle atrophy improvement condition,the effective rate of thetreatment group was 64.00% and the control group was 38.46%,the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the curative effect for gastric mucosa intestinal metaplasia condition,the effective rate of the treatment group was 28.57% and the control group was 5.00%,the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the curative effect for gastric intraepithelial neoplasia condition,after treatment,the effective rate of the control group was 22.22% and the control group was0.00%,no difference between the treatment group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusions: In the treatment of spleen-stomach deficiency and gastric stasis of CAG,cannot only relief clinical symptoms,but can also improve mucosal lesions and pathological conditions,so it is a safe treatment method with a good curative effect and it is worthy further clinical in-depth study. |
