ObjectiveStudy on detoxification methods of Qi-live on human umbilical vein endothelial cells on angiogenesis and study on intervention of STAT3signal transduction and MMP-2.MothodsHUVEC cultured in vitro, different concentrations of a poison after exposure to animal sera of Yiqi huoxue recipe on HUVEC, observation of endothelial cell tube formation experiments, take pictures and observation of angiogenesis inhibition using immunohistochemical detection of STAT3expression in cells by immunohistochemical method and detection of MMP-2expression in cultured cells. Detoxication of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation and discussion on effect of human umbilical vein endothelial cells on angiogenesis, and effects on expression of STAT3in HUVEC and MMP-2.Results1、Angiogenesis effect of HUVEC, medication HUVEC tube index significantly below the blank control group (P<0.05or P<0.01), especially in the detoxication of Yiqi huoxue prescription in serum of animals, high dose group clearly. Detoxication of Yiqi huoxue prescription in serum of animals, high dose group compared with the5-FU Group also has significant differences (P<0.05). Indicates that a poison Yiqi huoxue prescription in serum of animals, high dose group significantly suppress HUVEC angiogenesis.2、Effect on the expression of STAT3, STAT3-positive cells light blank control groups values are higher, the optical density values were group positive cells of drug use is significantly lower than the blank control group (P<0.05,P<0.01), compared with the5-FU group, detoxication of Yiqi huoxue prescription in serum of animals, and significant reduction in the high-dose group (P<0.05,P<0.01).
