]Dendrobium denneanum is the stem of Orchidaceae plant Dendrobium denneanum Kerr., it possess effects which is replenishing the stomach and promoting the production of the body fluid, nourishing yin and clearing away heat from the lung,for Ranging jin kui, dry mouth vexed thirsty, eat less retching, virtual hot after illness, eyes dark unknown disease and syndrome, etc. This topic based on the national science and technology support program" Dendrobii Caulis standardized planting and its SOP with optimization upgrade research", studied on the processing technology of Dendrobium denneanum.We studied on harvest time and growth years with processing Dendrobium denneanum, selected the December harvest and24months of growth of Dendrobium denneanum as processing medicinal herbs.We studied on determination methods of processing evaluation index of Dendrobium denneanum, on the basis of the methodology research, established polysaccharide, coumarin content determination method, and ultimately selected polysaccharide, coumarin, water-soluble extract, alcohol extract as the evaluation index. According to the pharmacological effects of Dendrobium denneanum, we ensured comprehensive score standard of evaluation index:comprehensive score=65/maximum amount of polysaccharidexpolysaccharide content+15/maximum amount of coumarinxcoumarin content+5/maximum water-soluble extract content xwater-soluble extract content+15/maximum ethanol-soluble extract content xethanol-soluble extractives content.We had a comparative study on the slice drying method, the dan steaming method, the slice dried method, the traditional production processing method and the production processing method of laboratory simulation (water immersion method, NaOH immersion method). The results show that the slice drying method and the dan steaming method are betterWe studied on parameters optimization of processing technology of the dan steaming method. By single factor experiment, the dan time, the steaming time were investigated, the results show that the dan time and the steaming time affected processing of Dendrobium denneanum; using the1.9(34) orthogonal design, to the added water, th dan time and the steaming time as inspecting factors, the results show that the influence of the dan time has significant difference, the added water and the steaming time had no significant differences; via the verification test and pilot test, we ultimately determined the processing technology Dendrobium denneanum: Dendrobium denneanum removed roots and leaves, cleaned with8times amount of boiling water dan3min, removed the sheath, and then steamed10min, Cutted inclined piece and dried(60℃)According to the2010edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia and Sichuan Chinese herbal medicine standards, we had a quality testing for pilot processing samples, the results are consistent with the relevant provisionsThis topic establishes the dan steaming processing method of Dendrobium denneanum, decides its processing technology parameters, and provides a scientific basis for processing technology standard and quality standards of pieces of Dendrobium denneanum...
