To Protect The Egg Soup Of Gnrha Super Ovulation Around The Time Of Implantation Endometrial Morphology Of Rats

Objective:To study effect of ovary-protecting decoction on endometrial histology of rats with controlled ovarian hyperstimulation, and offer theoretical evidence for TCM adjunctive therapy of IVF-ET.Method:All experimental rats were randomized into3groups, modeling group, medicinal group and normal group. The former two groups were given intraperitoneal injection of Alarelin, and simultaneously medicinal group were given intragastric administration of Chinese medicinals respectively. Till the9th day, HMG was injected to the former two groups, HCG was injected after48hours,and all rats were mated into cages at ratio of2:1of female to male. Normal group were given with saline of same volume as the former two groups, and were mated into cages at ratio of2:1of female to male after ovulation. All rats which were discovered with vaginal plugs the next day was marked as first-day pregnancy. Then all rats were executed by neck break in batches, at48hours after HCG injection and on the fifth day of pregnancy. Endometrial histology were investigated by light microscope.Results:Endometrial morphology showed endometrial development retardation in model group,while endometrial development in medicinal group was significantly improved and nearly similar to normal groupConclusion:Chinese medicine can improve the development endometrial of rats with controlled ovarian hyperstimulation.
