1. ObjectiveExplore the influence of bone mineral density and the bone metabolism on Jinkui shenqi wanand movement for elderly female rats, so as to look scientific and reasonable intervention metho-ds and theoretical basis for preventing osteoporosis.2. Methods12months female,80wistar rats and6weeks female10wistar rats were selected,80wistarrats by weight randomly are divided into eight groups. That is the control group, medication grou-p,20min exercise group,40min exercise group,60min exercise group, medication+20minexercise group, medication+40min exercise group and medication+60min exercise group. Inthe adapt to feed, after a week the experiment starts. Conclusions4.1middle and old age female big mouse passes through8week-long different physiological loa-d of exercise trainings. it discovered the oxygen movement to reduce the STR-ACP activenessand increase the deposition of bone calcium, it can inhibit the bone absorption.4.2after rats taking the medicine8weeks, we can find that it has a significant role in reducing t-he activity of STR-ACP in serum and Ca2+content, increase the deposition of the bone calciumand increase ALP activity and BMD obviously.So the pill can inhibit absorption of the bone andincrease the deposition of the bone calcium, it can promote the bone restoration.4.3Jinkuishenqiwan combined with aerobic exercise to inhibit bone absorption, promote boneformation and increase bone density better than the simple movement and simple medicationeffect, indicating that taking Jinkui shenqi wan and appropriate exercise intervention to treatmentof senile osteoporosis loose there is a certain.
