ObjectiveThrough the case-control study method of bad behavior, life style on a hospital anorectal disease morbidity in affected patients, as targeted to patients for health education, guide the patients to develop good behavior habits, learn to self care, for the prevention of anorectal diseases, to provide reference for guiding patients rehabilitation.MethodsUsing a case-control study method, will be in a hospital inpatient treatment of333cases of patients of anorectal diseases as the case group, and work together, living environment, age, gender, similar to the212cases of healthy people as control group, design good questionnaires, data collection. Using SPSS13.0software to conduct statistical surveys and analysis.ResultsUnivariate analysis showed that, cultural degree (x2=14.581,P=0.001),occupation (x2=55.821,P<0.001), smoking (x2=8.337,P=0.015). alcohol consumnption (x2=6.039,P=0.049), constipation (x2=50.841,P<0.001), intake of spicy food stimulation(x2=7.704,P=0.029),intake of high protein and high fat food too much (x2=27.633,P<0.001), intake of fruits and vegetables fiber food is too small (x2=17.104,P<0.001), eating fried food (x2=13.046,P=0.001), the daily sitting too long (x2=85.067,P<0.001), daily defecate time is too long (x2=19.172,P<0.001), lack of physical exercise (x2=21.569,P<0.001), up (x2=15.994,P<0.001), sedentary lead to perineal wet (x2=42.337,P<0.001), rarely cleaning perineum (x2=19.573,P<0.001),anxiety and other psychological factors (x2=38.887,P<0.001). replacing the personal clothing at low frequency (x2=36.528,P<0.001) and anorectal disease occurrence. And bath (x2=29.277,P<0.001), active treatment (x2=37.610,P<0.001), timing medication (x2=22.114,P<0.001), treatment with a doctor (x2=20.725,P<0.001) is the protective factor for anorectal diseases.Logistic regression analysis showed, constipation, high protein and high fat food, leading to excessive intake of sedentary perineal wet, sitting too long, daily change clothes for low frequency is likely to result in anorectal disease risk factors, and regular physical exercise, can reduce the occurrence of hip bath of anorectal disease.ConclusionAnorectal diseases and unhealthy life style is closely related, constipation, high protein and high fat food, leading to excessive intake of sedentary perineal wet, daily sitting for too long, changing clothes at low frequency in anorectal disease occurrence is the most important risk factor. Therefore, through the strengthening of risk factors related to the prevention and control, can reduce the occurrence of anorectal diseases.
