Beryllium Needle And Helped Him Lin Emulsion Agent In The Treatment Of Early Metaphase Knee Osteoarthritis Pain

Controlled clinical trials on the Pizhen and Votalin emulsion in the treatment of early and medium-term osteoarthritis of the knee joint.Objective To investigated the clinical effects of Pizhen and Votalin emulsion in the treatment of early and medium-term osteoarthritis of the knee joint.Methods60patients of early and medium-term osteoarthritis of the knee joint were randomly divided into two groups (each=30) in the study,30patients were treated with Pizhen, once a week, three times a course, and30patients were treated with Votalin emulsion, three times a day, three weeks a cours.The curative effects and changes of local parenchyma tension which measured by the Tensiometer for the tension of parenchyma were compared with the methods of statistical analysis. Results In experiment group, before the treatment the displacement of parenchyma is6.39+1.17mm, after the treatment is7.06±1.04mm; before the treatment the area of the banana is66.13±7.90%, after the treatment is71.71±7.14; before the treatment the pain of pression is2.61±0.47kg, after the treatment is3.45±0.50kg; before the treatment the VAS is5.03±0.85, after the treatment is2.66±0.86.In control group, before the treatment the displacement of parenchyma is6.75±1.37mm, after the treatment is7.08±1.14mm; before the treatment the area of the banana is68.12±8.78, after the treatment is71.23+8.68%; before the treatment the pain of pression is2.93±0.45kg, after the treatment is3.24±0.41kg; before the treatment the VAS is4.67±0.88, after the treatment is3.00±1.10. The two treatments being appraisal of hereinbefore the four group data which is compeared with pretherapy and post-treatment is effective against the pain of the knee (P<0.01). The improvement value of the experiment group is much better than the one of the control group,which has statistical differences (P<0.05).Among the patients in Pizhen group, C R+P R were37%, the other group were17%,which measured by the standard of the HSS and VAS. The therapeutic effects of Pizhen group was better than that of the control group.The C R+P R of two groups have statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The two therapies all have good curative effect on early and medium-term osteoarthritis. The Pizhen is effective way to relieve the pain quickly to patients of early and medium-term osteoarthritis of the knee joint, it can disentwine the high tensility of parenchyma around the knee. The two indexes of pizhen are better than Votalin emulsion.
