To chose suitable statistics methods according to the data type (chi-squwas test, a logistic regression model, the rank sum test, etc), and find the last result.3. Theory study3.1The incidence of the tooth-marked tongueThe incidence of the tooth-marked tongue in physical checkup group is56.27%.There was no statistical difference in the male and female (P>0.05) There was no statistical difference in people under50,but there was obvious decrease in Age more than50years; As of the incidence in low-grade tooth-marked tongue,that in male was higher than female (χ2=9.18,P<0.01), the incidence of medium to high tooth-marked tongue of male was higher than male.3.2The distribution of tooth-marked tongue in nine kinds physical and it’s tongue characteristics3.2.1The incidence of the tooth-marked tongue in nine kinds physical group.The incidence of the tooth-marked tongue were(from high to low) what the intrinsic characteristics constitution, dampness constitution, yang-insufficiency constitution, Moist-heat Constitution, Peace constitution,Yind-eficiency constitution, Qi-deficiency constitution, Qi-stagnation constitution, blood stasis constitution.in these type of constitution, The highest occurred rate of tooth-marked tongue was The intrinsic physical characteristics constitution(61.29%) and lowest was blood stasis constitution(47%), There was a difference between them (χ2=4.31p<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the eight kinds of unfair constitution and peace constitution(p>0.05)In degree of tooth-marked tongue, the low-grade tooth-marked tongue of both Qi-stagnation constitution and blood stasis constitution was lower than blood stasis constitution. There was no statistics different in medium tooth-marked tongue. In the group of tooth-marked tongue of Qi deficiency constitution, the incidence of crimson tongue and fissured tongue and moist fur was low. In the group of tooth-marked tongue of Qi-stagnation constitution, the incidence of red tongue was low. In the group of tooth-marked tongue of dampness constitution, the incidence of fissured tongue was low. The incidence of thick coating and greasy tongue fur of tooth-marked tongue belong both moist-heat constitution and dampness constitution was high.About coating color, the incidence of whitish fur of tooth-markeded tongue belong three kinds constitution Qi-stagnation constitution, The intrinsic characteristics constitution, blood stasis constitution-and yellowish fur of tooth-marked tongue belong the dampness constitution was high.3.2.4The correlation between tooth-marked tongue and physical index. The BMI index of group presenting tooth-markeded tongue was higher than group nontooth-markeded tongue; in nine kinds of constitution, the BMI of group belong dampness constitution was highest than others. the tongue color of group presenting tooth-marded tongue related their corpuscular hemoglobin, the corpuscular hemoglobin was more higher and color in tooth-markeded tongue more depth. The result of Lab index of digital tongue picture coincides essentially with tongue color being observation by eye. The SG index of medium to high tooth-marked tongue was higher than nontooth-marked tongue. There was no obvious difference about the incidence of the tooth-markeded tongue and distributing of constitute between health people and disease people.Conclusion1The incidence of tooth-marked tongue of physical constitution group was56.27%, it was more at low-grade tooth-marked tongue.2There was no obvious correlation between tooth-markeded tongue group and their constitutional type。Comparison with nontooth-markeded tongue group, The tooth-markeded tongue group was more fatigue state。3There was some different characters about tongue of different constitutional type, most obvious changes of tongue coating.4Through an analysis of24medical data, there was some correlation between medium to high tooth-marked tongue group whose BMI and SG. BMI of phiegm dampness constitution group was significantly higher than others.
