The Classification Of TMC Syndromes And The Research Of Correlation Of Refractory Hypertension

Purpose: This study used a cross-sectional study on Classification of TMC syndromes of RH,is more beneficial to the interpretation the classification feathers of TCM syndromes of resistant hypertension.Provides the reference and prevention method to the clinical syndrome differentiation treatment.Method: This study used a cross-sectional study,the 105 patients with resistant hypertension patients in Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2012 December to 2014 December in Department of Cardiology as the research object.Collect the related case patient data through the development of clinical questionnaire and use the SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software for statistical.Analysis the classification of TMC syndromes of resistant hypertension in exploratory factor a n-alysis and cluster analysis;Analysis the related factors of classification of TMC syndr o-mes of resistant hypertension by chi square test and logistic regression analysis.Result: In patients with RH are distributed between 60-80 years old and the course of disease for more than 20 years,has little to do with gender relations.But there is a family history of hypertension or high salt diet were more susceptible to.Excess syndrome with phlegm and blood stasis mainly and deficiency syndrome with Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency mainly in TMC syndromes of refractory hypertension.The most widely existence is the combination of the Qi deficiency and phlegm;Phlegm and blood stasis primarily by excess syndrome combination;In three factors,Qi deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis is primarily;In four factors,Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis.The experiment has made TMC syndromes of resistant hypertension’s correlation of sex,age,course of disease.Found in the analysis of the correlation between living habits, disease and other risk factors, Diabetes and Dyslipidemia often with Yin deficiency in a close relationship;the relationship between alcohol consumption and phlegm closely; smoking,alcohol drinking is closely related with the blood stasis.Conclusion: The syndrome factor combination in resistant hypertension,the most widely and combined existence is the combination of the Qi deficiency and phlegm.Although the RH have correlation with the age and the course of disease,it has made TMC syndromes of resistant hypertension’s correlation of sex,age,course of disease.This estimation related to insufficient sample size.The proposal to expand the sample statistics,in order to clear whether there is a correlation.The relationship of diseases and lifestyle tips that in the treatment of the disease,just as important as the active control of blood and the control of hypertension risk factors,pay attention to the protection of target o rgans.
