A total of76cases the clinical statistics of cases, according to the methods of treatment in our hospital is divided into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the Chinese and western medicine group, statistics, used in medical treatment more than3months in patients with the symptom score before and after treatment, KPS score and survival period than analysis.Results:76cases in the general condition of patients, male49cases,27females, mean age63.11±13.58years old, the main disease in the colon, accounting for51.3%; accounted for67.10%of lymph node metastasis, remote metastases the majority of liver and lung metastasis are above30%; Ⅲ of accounting for28.95%of Ⅳ accounted for71.05%, the majority of surgery and colonoscopy pathological diagnosis of adenocarcinoma, accounting for97.37%. Previous gastrointestinal history accounted for22.37percent,5.26percent of the family history of cancer, comorbidity, mostly hypertension, diabetes and coronary heart disease, respectively,23.68%,27.63%and10.53%.76cases of patients with Karnofsky score was75.53±11.82, symptom score of11.72±4.18, a negative correlation between the two. The most common symptoms of anorexia, abdominal pain, fatigue, pain, bloating, poor sleep, loose stools, constipation, etc., the most common syndrome of qi deficiency. Integrative Medicine in74patients accounted for47.37%, and accounted for52.63percent of Chinese medicine treatment.
