| Diabetic Nephropathy (Diabetic nephropathy,DN, hereinafter referred to as DN) mainly refers to diabetic glomerulosclerosis, is the glomerular lesions in a blood vessel damage. Diabetic nephropathy is diabetic (of Diabetes mellitus,DM, hereinafter referred to as DM) the major microvascular complications, also is one of the most serious complications. Epidemiological survey, DM has reached an epidemic level in our country,while DN has become one of the DM main cause of death and disability, also is one of the main of ESRD (end-stage renal disease. ESRD) dialysis. Early DN is reversible lesions,so research DN causes and mechanisms and to prevents、delay the DN sustainable development of induced end-stage renal disease (ESRD), is the domestic and foreign diabetes and renopathy academic circles topic research key point i n recent years.ObjectiveCollected100cases of the DN Ⅲ、Ⅳ Ⅳ phase patients, made clinical quest ionnaire, primari ly confirmed that the DN Ⅲ and Ⅳ have the pathogenesis feature of the blood heatof heart meridian, in order to guide the clinical treatment.Methods and Results1、The thesis summarizes ineluded two parts, the first part was the literature review and the seeond was elinic research. The literature review include the understanding of Chinese medicineand the development of morden medical on diabetic nephropathy.2、The clinical research component in the form of questionnaires and statistical ana lysis. All the100DN Ⅲ、Ⅳ stage patients included in the study conducted a questionnaire investigation,and the data was analyzed by statistical description and Chi-square test.The result was:In the100patients, blood heat of heart meridian syndrome was87cases, and non-blood heat of heart meridian syndrome was13cases. Specific distribution of the blood heat of heart meridian syndrome as follows:(1) each age group mostly showed blood heat of heart meridian syndrome,account ing for the vast majority of each age group, especially in the50-60group, which took the biggest percent.(2)The indicated that blood heat of heart meridian syndrome had no significant gender difference in the distribution of each age group.(3) In each age group in paragraph, the number of Course of the DN III in6to10years group segment is the largest proportion at46.1%, Stage IV has the largest number in duration of6to10year group, but11to15years of stage IV duration group segment numbers more than of III patients6to10years group segment. Conduc ted Chi-square test, P>0.05, which showed that there was no significant relationship between course of disease and DN Ⅲ、Ⅳ stage.(4)Female and male generally have the blood heat of heart meridian syndrome,52cases showed blood heat of heart meridian syndrome in female, while35in male.Male are mor than female in DN Ⅲ and Ⅳ stage. But conducted Chi-square test, P>0.05, indicating that there was no significant distributed difference between female and male.(5)Ⅲ of blood heat of heart meridian syndrome of34cases, accounting for87.2%, while Phase Ⅳ in53cases (82.%), between the two groups, P>0.05,that the blood heat of heart meridian syndrome there was no difference between Phase Ⅲ and Ⅳ of the distribution.(6)More than half of the87cases seen dry mouth and throat (72%), palms red (65%),flushed face (56%),many patients are visible upset and chest tightness (49%),Sweating (42%), Urine(short)yellow(39%), thirst (38%),re st less s leep (33%), Palms hot (30%) symptoms,62%performance for the red tongue,and red tip of tongueis57%. Pulse is common on Slippery pulse, inch slippery pulse, String-Slippery pulse etc.ConelusionsDN Ⅲ、Ⅳ stage has a pathogenesis feature of blood heat of heart meridian.
