The Effect Of Guanxin Ning On ET/NO Of Unstable Angina Pectoris(Pattern Of Stagnation Of Heart Blood)

Objective:To evaluate the vascular endothelial function and the effective on unstable angina pectoris through observing the changes of ET/NO,angina symptoms,ECG reading,Chinese medical symptoms of the patients with unstable angina pectoris before and after treatment by Guanxin Ning Injection.Method:This is a single-blind,randomized,matched controlled trial.60 patients that were diagnosed as unstable angina pectoris and xinxue yuzu symdrome were randomly grouped to treatment group and controlled group.Each group had 30 cases.Also selected 30 cases of physical health,as a healthy group.The treatment group gave Guanxin Ning Injection plus conventional Western medicine treatment,and the control group gave conventional Western medicine treatment,treated for two weeks continuously.We observed the changes of ET/NO, angina symptoms,ECG and efficacy of Chinese medicine symptom before and after treatment.Result:ET/NO level changes:The levels of ET,ET/NO was significantly higher in patients with UAP than that in healthy group(P＜0.01),the level of NO was significantly lower than health group (P＜0.01).After treatment in treatment group,the levels of ET,ET/NO decreased and the level of NO increased,there were great statistical significance(P＜0.01);After treatment in treatment group,the levels of ET,NO compared with control group,there were great significance(P＜0.05);After treatment in treatment group,the level of ET/NO compared with control group and health group,there was great significance(P＜0.01).After treatment in control group,the levels of ET,ET/NO decreased,the level of NO increased,which had great statistical significance(P＜0.01).After treatment in control group,the level of ET/NO compared with treatment group and health group,there was great significance(P＜0.01). Angina clinical efficacy:Angina symptoms of two groups were significantly improved (P＜0.01),especially in the treatmem group improved significantly better than in the control group(P＜0.01);angina clinical efficacy,The total efficiency of the treatment group was 90%, which was significantly better than the control group of 66.67%,between the two groups was significant difference(P＜0.05).ECG curative effect:The ECG curative effect of the two group separately shown 86.7%and 56.7%.Their differences had great statistical significance(P＜0.05). Chinese medical symptoms curative effect:Chinese medical symptoms were improved effectively in two groups(P＜0.01),but the treatment group was more improved than controlled group(P＜0.01).Treatment group shown 90%and controlled group shown 66.7%. Their differences had great statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:By reducing NO degradation and synthesis inhibition,inhibiting ET synthesis, release and post-release effects,Guanxin Ning Injection can improve ET/NO imbalance, protect coronary artery endothelial function.The results of the experiment show that Guanxin Ning Injection can effectively improve ECG curative effect.It can control anglna pectoris attack,improve Chinese medical symptoms without side-effect.
