Personal Experience Into A Complete Works Of Design Method Is Discussed In This Paper

This paper discusses the design method of exchanging personal experience into completed works. By practicing and reading, it is proved that personal experience is one of the key factors in designing of designers. After proposing the assumption, turning personal experience into completed works, as a design method, the following discussion is divided into two parts. The first part is analyzing the internal relationship between personal experience of famous designers among the world and their works afterwards by using relevant researches; the second part concentrates on self-case study:through the processing of creating graduate design, recording, organizing and analyzing the entire process of "inspiration to work", explore the effect of personal experience in this process. These two parts interleaved in the article, the discussions on the importance of personal experience for design and the method of personal experience turning into final works are progressing step by step.There are four parts consist the personal experience, which are personal cultural property, personal experience of growth, personal interests and personal perception of surroundings. Each part related to one part of designing:the temperament of work, the theme of work, the material of work and the choice of the story. This paper takes the design process of "YiXue" as the study case, takes the report as the way of present, clear and definite the design method, which is turning personal experience into completed works, by organizing personal experience from every aspect and recording process when creating the work.
