With the energy crisis increasingly remarkable, the requirement of environmental protection is higher and higher, the city is mainly used for cleaning road sweeper should comply with the national "energy-saving emission reduction" requirement, therefore, the research and development of environment-friendly electric sweeper and cleaning device has the important theory significance and the practical value.The paper takes cleaning device of electric sweeper as the object of study. First, after the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various types of sweeper, and its problems in use, studied and designed a kind of electric sweeper cleaning device, comprise by two disc brush, a roller brush and a set of auxiliary garbage collection system, and to provide operating power battery, adopts full hydraulic pressure drive form. Secondly, to studied and designed to the cleaning device main parts of the structure, focus on the design of the vertical garbage collection system, the system not only can continuously collected by the rolling brush sweep garbage, but also can play a certain role in the dust removal. Then we established the calculation model for the rolling brush system and waste collection system, deduced and calculated to the working parameters. Finally, through made the prototype model and made a simulation experiment; and the calculated results were verified. |
