The elevator safety monitoring problems become the top priority of the elevator industry, so the elevator monitoring management has become an important topic.Based on the remote elevator monitoring technology at present, the system combines comparatively perfect GPRS network technology, and makes GPRS network for the foundation of information transmission. Data through the GPRS network transmits to the monitoring center or receives data from the monitoring center of the command. The system mainly consists of three composition, including of the data acquisition module, the data transmission module and the data monitoring center. Data acquisition terminal collects various data information of elevators, and then sends to the data transmission module. Microprogrammed Control Unit (MCU) analyzes datas through the GPRS module to send out. Receiving the datas, data monitoring center makes the comparative analysis of the datas and stores, and displayed in the user interface to monitor conveniently at any time. The process of data transmission is like this, datas transmit to the data acquisition through the CAN bus, acquisition module receives datas and converts them, and sends them through the serial port of MCU to GPRS transmission module. MCU of transmission module makes the module receive datas through sending the specific instructions to GPRS module, and sends out datas when network connection succeeds.The content of the paper include the overall design of the system,and the hardware design and software design of data acquisition module and the GPRS transmission module, and testing of data monitoring center management.
