Bridge Design Optimization Evaluation Research Based On Value Engineering

According to whether the whole bridge construction in each stage of design optimization appear is reasonable and how to evaluate problems, this paper based on the value engineering theory, using analytic hierarchy process, objective qualitative and quantitative evaluation of bridge design optimization, prevents meaningless optimization design from appearing and makes accurate the evaluation of bridge design optimization, in order to reduce project cost and improve projects functional purposes.Follow the basic principles of bridge designs, many influencing factors are’ involved bridge design optimization evaluation in the process of research. This paper mainly analyzes the functional requirement, economic factors, environmental protection request, the construction maintenance and Bridges beautiful five factors. Based on the comprehensive argumentation, all aspects of value engineering theory are used to analyze the factors of each phase in bridge implementation effects to evaluate the rationality of the design of bridge optimization.This article first to value engineering theory and AHP (analytical hierarchy process method to analyze the research and summarizes bridge design optimization evaluation research application of value engineering theory; the basic steps, analyzed by AHP bridge design optimization evaluation of the definite and indefinite factors affecting the bridge design optimization, establish the evaluation index system and the function of each evaluation scheme calculated the function coefficient and cost coefficient; Finally, through the value of each scheme calculated, to judge whether reasonable coefficient of optimization. This paper applies the method in examples and obtains well demonstration.Value engineering as a combination of technology and economy method just cater to reduce cost, improve the function of the goal, in various stages can bridge implementation play great performance.
