As an important part of highway, bridge plays a very important role in people's life. China's urban construction and development, the construction of the bridge will continue. Then, the bridge project itself involves a wide range, huge investment, quality and other characteristics, the “Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standards for Highway Engineering” still exists the following problems: do not distinguish between the quality level, the deduction approach inevitably there are many subjective factors, mathematical statistics methods unable to determine the index weight..In this thesis, based on concept of quality management, the concept of engineering quality management and the method of quality evaluation, according to "highway engineering quality inspection and evaluation standards" and other documents, the current situation of China's bridge engineering quality assessment is summarized, and the bridge engineering quality assessment of the existing problems are analyzed. Then the bridge engineering quality evaluation system(the system includes five major indicators of the quality of the bridge, quality assurance, appearance quality, design quality and environmental impact) are build. At the same time, the evaluation model is introduced. Finally through the practical engineering case of Limin bridge, with the combination of rough set method to determine the weight and simplifying the project index system; at the same time, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the simplified index system. The evaluation results are in line with expectations.
