Changshu City Public Recreation Space Pattern And Optimization Research

Along with our country social economy high speed, sustained development, city residents living standards continue to improve, people are increasingly concerned about the city’s environmental quality, city construction goal also began to pursue high quality of ecological environment change of direction. Public recreation space as an important infrastructure of city green space, it’s planning and layout is reasonable or not, related to environmental quality of city residents and to improve the quality of life, related to ecological, livable, sustainable city construction.Changshu located in the Yangtze River delta region of the core city, developed economy, the supporting of city infrastructure completing, the connotation of city construction of Changshu faces transition. Through public recreation space becomes optimization, strengthening the construction of ecological city, promoting the sustainable development of Changshu city is the important subject on city planning and construction in the new period.Based on the above background, this article reviews the research on the domestic and international recreational space, under the guidance of system theory, resources optimization disposition theory, spatial structure theory and time geography theory, this article establishes the balanced layout research framework of multiple elements effect. First of all, using reachability analysis method, this paper analyses the existing pattern of Changshou open recreational space from the distance in time perspective, including public recreation space accessibility pattern and public recreation space average reachability analysis, clears the distribution characteristics of Changshu county unit public recreation space. Secondly, on the basis of distinguished the effecting factors of Changshu open recreational space structure evolution, this paper analyses the effect of these effecting factors and the interplay between these elements, on based of the factors combined strength, according to JENKS breaking methods, Changshu open recreational space is divided four kinds of development areas.Based on the analysis of Changshu open recreational space, from the two aspects of balancing pattern and optimization measures realizes the structure optimization of Changshu open recreational space layout. In hand of the balancing pattern construction, optimizing development zone focuses on cooperation and joint development among these recreational spaces, develops the line of Kuncheng Hu and a small area of southeast ecnomic development zone. On the based of the existing public recreational resource, key development zone focus on local characteristics. Moderate development zone gives priority to the northern areas of Changshu along the Yangtze River. Potential of mining zone gives priority to the construction of infrastructural facilities. In hand of optimization measures, this paper puts forward into many suggestions, such as promoting the construction of open recreational space function, improve the management system of open recreational space, promoting the traffic network,Through integrating recreation function, shaping the overall image, carrying out marketing jointly strengthen the joint marketing realize development.
