Currently, mobile cranes especially truck crane are widely used in urbanconstruction, bridge construction, nuclear power, wind power, petrochemicaland other projects because of its transitions flexible. The difference betweenmobile cranes and overhead traveling crane, gantry cranes or port crane is thatthe rated lifting capacity change with the boom stretching and elevation changes.Therefore, it is important to draw up a suitable hoisting scheme according to thesite lifting environment before that truck crane operation. Generally, the hoistingscheme is drawn up in artificial way. This way is not only onerous but alsodifficult to meet the lifting requirements efficiently and economically. Besides, itis unable to verify the implementation of the results and analyze the feasibilityand operational efficiency.For all of these cases, a professional software for the design of hoistingscheme is tried to develop in the subject. Details are as follows:(1) Working conditions of lifting are analyzed and its basic parameters arecalculated,besides, the suitable truck crane is selected based on the results ofcalculation and analysis and the slings which are auxiliary device of the liftingwork are selected. With the database of truck crane Lifting performance, thearticle analyzes the selection methods, especially the regression analysis.Compared with direct consulting method and interpolation method of workingrange, the regression analysis method can improve the calculation accuracy andensure the validity of the calculation results.(2)The subject focused on the visual simulation of truck crane lifting processbased on computer graphics theory and visualization technology. The constraintof moment limitation is considered and motion interference detection is realizedwith the collision detection method in the process of simulation for the truckcrane lifting working.(3) Requirements of hoisting scheme design and functions and featureswhich the system should have are analyzed based on object-oriented method.The above condition analysis, truck crane selection and simulation for lifting are programmed with Visual C++6.0development tools. Meanwhile, the systemintegrated the database technology, visualization technology and documentautomation technology. Finally, a word document hoisting scheme is generated...
