Then, it introduces the theory of project management, including the life cycle, whole process, the design and start of project to analyze this project how to connect the theory of project management with unique theory of enterprise S., how to lead it into the practical work. Through the analysis of the project management pattern such as the management of scope, time, cost, quality, risk, purchasing, etc, we do the relative analysis and researches about low-voltage electrical product in project management.At the same time, it summarizes the management mode for the development of low-voltage electrical product which is suitable for the enterprise, that is to say. The strategy, organization environment and enterprise management, etc, whether it is adjusted to suit the operation of project management or not. Successfully implementing the process of the low voltage product research in project management is also the self-change of the system of enterprise management.
