| As we all know,concrete pump truck plays an important role in modern engineering construction.In order to solve the problem of time-consuming and labor-consuming traditional development method of hydraulic test bench and the gap between the final physical prototype and the designer’s intention,this paper mainly uses computer simulation technology and hydraulic simulation software HyPneu to design hydraulic system of concrete test bench boom.After analyzing and researching the simulation results,the hydraulic test-bed is perfected,and finally a simple and functional hydraulic test-bed is obtained.Firstly,according to the engineering application conditions and the design requirements of the hydraulic system of the boom of the concrete test bench,the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system is designed,and the main components of the hydraulic system are calculated and selected.Secondly,in order to better realize the system simulation,the three-dimensional model of the boom is established in the three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks,and the actual working condition of the boom is simulated through the multi-body dynamics software Solidworks Motion.Finally,the load F(x)equation of the four hydraulic cylinders on the boom about the piston rod stroke x is obtained,which realizes the equivalent processing of the load.Then,the boundary conditions are determined according to the calculation results of the above equations.The displacement curves of piston rods and pressure curves of rodless chambers of four boom hydraulic cylinders are obtained by using HyPneu software.Some problems in the hydraulic system are found out through the simulation results,and the size of the hydraulic cylinder is optimized.Finally,on the basis of the design principle of the test-bed,a physical test-bed is built to carry out experiments,and the accuracy of the simulation results and the rationality of the hydraulic system design of the boom of the concrete test-bed are further verified by experiments.The optimized simulation results show that reducing the inner diameter of the hydraulic cylinder and increasing the diameter of the piston rod can reduce the maximum travel time of the piston rod and improve the working efficiency of the concrete pump truck.At the same time,the experimental results verify that the hydraulic system of the concrete test bench boom designed in this paper can meet the requirements of engineering application and the effectiveness of the hydraulic simulation software HyPneu.It has certain guiding significance for the future development of concrete pump truck in engineering application. |
