Industry of new urban areas has more categories than the major ch aracteristics of the positioning and development strategy of industrial development will di rectly determine the future impetus to the development of the new district, so the beginni ng of the construction of new district need a reasonable, scientific-ally determine the indust ry to guide the follow-up land layout, municipal engineering and green landscape.New construction and other cities in China, the development of new district in Shaanxi Province has its own characteristics:the outskirts of the industry as the main driving for ce new district. Its main form of expression for the sharing of the Old City part of the fun ction of economic and technological development zones and hi-tech Development Zon e. This also means that in Shaanxi Province, the industry in the construction of new distric t play a greater role.This article is based on the above context, industrial planning processes and method- s in new district. Method of combining theoretical research and empirical analysis by sort ing out therelevant theoretical research and an instance of the development planning of new district industry in Shaanxi Province, to discuss the industrial development planning issues i n the construction of new district, focusing on the New District industrial development di rection of selection and spatial distribution of two aspects, and Wei-nan economic and Te chnological development Zone, for example, an empirical study. Ultimately draw the follo wing conclusions:(1)In the field of Industry Choice:Comb the general industry selection process, propos ed by urban industry select "the transition to the" new district Industry Choice "line of thi nking.(2) In the field of industrial layout:On the one hand, summed up the proportion of p roductive land to increase with the distance of the new district and the Old City while decr easing the proportion of occupied land and the new district of productive land in about45%of the features of the layout pattern of the groups, circle and corridor separated:on the other hand, the proposed service industry land from centralized to decentralized evolution and the different types of service industries land different features of the layout, clear punc tate, industrial layout mode of the shaft and circle the level of service.(3)Industrial system construction of new district:based on the analysis of the mai n problem in the industry choice and layout of the existing industrial system, for the spe cific characteristics of industrial development and layout, combined with the specific requi rements of the new urban area, determined mainly second and third industries and supple mented by the first industry, new district industrial system across the three industries. The main part of the industrial system is divided into two types of production and service:pro duction industry include industry and modern logistics, Service industry include Commerc e services and business services.(4)Combine with Industry Choice and layout of new district:Through the industrial system building and industrial layout mode selected to achieve docking.
