With the development of productivity and the progress of science andtechnology, people not only require excavator to accomplish the basic action(digging), environmental protection, energy saving and excavator comfort butalso put forward higher requirements, the excavator working process dynamiccharacteristic analysis is very important.First collecting articles on crawler type hydraulic excavator hydraulictechnical at home and abroad, come to understand the crawler type hydraulicexcavator hydraulic technology and development trend. Then introducing thecrawler type hydraulic excavator and hydraulic system and the basic types. Fora certain type of crawler type hydraulic excavator driving system is analyzedand calculated. In the hydraulic system modeling theory and dynamiccharacteristics of the hydraulic system were introduced, built the mathematicalmodel of hydraulic crawler excavator. The crawler type hydraulic excavatordriving system the working principle characteristics, using AMESim hydraulicsimulation software to establish hydraulic crawler excavator system simulationmodel, and the system of various components in different conditions (starting,driving, climbing, turning, braking) under dynamic characteristics ofsimulation, and the simulation results are analyzed at last.Through the simulation analysis under different conditions, grasp thewalking hydraulic system dynamic characteristics, to improve the runningcharacteristics and field adaptability of excavator and the rational use of thehydraulic power has practical significance in engineering. And the simulationmodel for the hydraulic system of the excavator and further studies of theexperimental studies to provide reference.
