Heilongjiang Province Road Transport Management Studies

Road transport is referred to an activity which transfers passengers or goods with vehicles on the road. Road transport management is for road transport industry’s (Transport of passengers and goods, Management of logistics, Maintenance of automobile, Loading and unloading, Transport service) overall planning, organizing, coordination, supervision and service and also for the road transport enterprise’s public administration. The development of road transport influences the society and life directly, it’s related to people’s life and production closely and it also concerns people’s interests and the development of our country’s economic construction. At present, the transport industry has a leapfrog development with the continuous growth of Heilongjiang’s economy which results in the existing management mode cannot meet the demand of our social development. This paper will further analyze the current situation, the existing problems and the perfection measures of Heilongjiang road transport management and analyze the problems and the solving measures of Heilongjiang’s international and domestic road transport management from public administration perspective by studying the development and current situation of the road transport management home and abroad.
