This shows that pursuit of harmonious coexistence of development between a reasonable environmental space and the spiritual world of people is the inevitable trend of the design, so, the paper presents the Station Area Reconstruction should follow the principle of the integrity and Thematic planning, commercial and context protection should follow the principle of mutual benefit, an independent space principle and function of penetration, policy guidance and the principle of public participation to resolve the appeal issues.The final chapter of the thesis combined with the square of Manchuria railway station area landscape design by applying the proposed design strategy for landscape transformation, Puts forward a reforming design concept of " cultural journey, perceptual life", fully reflects to get rid of "excessive commercial development" design concept by the transformation of the station area, play the function of a city portal image, to show the city’s cultural, and to take this platform to increase the public space, closer to the inner feelings between the people and the city. Through the actual case to verify the design theory can be implemented. Station landscape planning for the future transformation of the design has a certain reference value.
