Based On The Energy Conservation Construction Detail Design Under The New Technology Application Research

It is often said:" Design is rely on ability and detail is cultivation. The famous architect I. M. Pei said:"A good design has not only a good idea but also the great details. The detail is such a place where the craftsmen can show their talent in at all the times. With the development of society, the science and technology which are improving in progress have been widely applied to the architectural sector. The buildings are no longer cold and empty stone hole but a comfortable environment that has taken many benefits from variety technological means.We have demanded the buildings to be not only comfortable but also energy conservation since1970s. Based on this idea, a lot of high-tech applications are installed to the building in order to save power, but some devices are setup so rigidly that can’t be most effective and make the details lack of organization to undermine the overall beauty of buildings. This paper first takes a discussion on the generation, nature and factors of architectural details, then sums up that we also need to consider the detailed design while the energy-saving technology is applied. After that, in the view of analysis on different types of new energy-saving materials and technological applications, I have summarized the main points in detail design. Finally, the principles and methods in architectural detail of new technological application have been raised.The author has analyzed several energy-saving technologies including the new materials, energy storage and shading techniques which are applied to the buildings, by taking some examples in the projects, studied and obtained the design strategy combining the detail design and new energy-saving technologies. After the analysis and summary, this paper has grasped the regularities in detail design with new energy-saving technologies, tried to solve the problem between full use of new technologies and architectural aesthetics, economy and security, then get the specific methods to guide our architectural creation.
