Depend on the project machine CAPP system design and develop, which insisted by Advanced Manufacturing Limited company. Design and develop a free forging machine process of CAPP system which is suitable for enterprise product characteristics.The thesis mainly includes the system database design, key technology research of system development, technology research on decision-making mechanism, system implementation; Characteristics and innovation are the development platform, system realization of parametric design of two-dimensional graphics and three-dimensional graphics, Insertion of complex forgings graphics, statistical capacity.Introduced the background of the system development and CAPP research status at home and abroad, list some domestic and foreign developed CAPP system. From the company actual needs, points out the significance of developing system. According to the situation of enterprise, on the basis of the demand analysis,overall design of the system; build a frame structure; design detailed function modules of the system.Design the system database, establish system database CAPP-E-R relationship model, and establish a large number of database tables, analyse some selection database table in detail. Through the establishment of data source, by means of ADO, OLE, adopt static access and dynamic access combination method, make data edite and display.Based on VB6.0develop CAPP platform DRAWCTL; Study the parts of man-hour quota, and analyze the cost of the process of economic; Based on CAPP platform, drawing is parameterized; In order to enhance the employee ability to identify the drawings, two times develop of the SolidWorks; Finally, for non-conventional pieces of processing, using OLE link technology, embedded CAD graphics.From three angles of the group technology, knowledge of manufacturing process, dynamic manufacturing resource information, study the process decision mechanism. From the basic process decision model, expounds the application of the group technology overview, based on the group technology, establish logic decision making tree; establish hierarchical control blackboard structure, realize the process knowledge reasoning; For process decision did not account for the enterprise actual dynamic manufacturing resource information, put forward based on the dynamic process model of forgings machining.
