As the state of the coal-fired thermal power project environmental protection requirements continue to increase, the domestic thermal power project in succession after the completion of desulfurization transformation, state in service of thermal power unit denitration renovation gradually put forward new demands, and in environmental policy, plan of electricity, electricity market rules, denitration price compensation to existing coal-fired generator set denitration reconstruction positive support and policy regulation control. NJCRTP quasi reference to the national standard for active duty2×330MW coal-fired electric group perform denitration reconstruction.This article has first analyzed the domestic and foreign De-NOx technology development background, and introduces the denitration technology in coal-fired power plant on the actual implementation of the existing coal-fired power plant denitration renovation, denitration technology in actual operation, the existing NJCRTP infrastructure and the denitration reconstruction of human resource arrangement and project implementation plan. Based on the NJCRTP denitration reconstruction project of technical analysis, financial analysis, risk analysis and social impact analysis, it can be NJCRTP2×330MW thermal power unit denitration renovation project is feasible.
