Steel Tube plays an important role in the development of the nationaleconomy, especially the seamless steel pipe, the small home life to the buildingof national defence, no one can do without the seamless steel pipe. This article ismainly for pipe-pushing product medium-small-caliber seamless steel pipe usedin the oil industry. Pointed out that the push bench machine has high productionefficiency, low investment, easy operation, and good surface quality, etc.combined with production experience and data researched the push benchprocess in-depth, including:(1) According to the method of push bench machine, research on pushingpipe process;(2) On the basis of the deformation course of pushing pipe process,establish the mathematical model of pushing pipe course, Deduced thecalculation method of process parameters for the deformation of pushing. Andaccording to the empirical formula, field data the mathematical model ofseamless steel pipe pushing process has been validated and improved further;(3) From the actual production, the development of the software about“Process parameters computing systems of push bench machine”, which iseasy-to-use and accurate, convenient. It adopts the modular design concept, that“function implemented separately Interface overall design”. The transportabilityof the source code was come true, and the re-develop space was supplied to thecalculating software. The software can make the course of the process design inthe push bench machine to a large extent simplify, and reduce the time of theprocess and equipment design greatly. Also it can avoid the possibility of personmiscalculation effectively and improve the reliability in design of processparameters in the course of design process.(4) Using the ANSYS-LS/DYNA software to simulate of the pushing pipecourse and validate the process parameters after the software to calculation.In a word, the theoretical research of the pushing deformation process wascombined with the producing practical of modern steel tube. It has researched the deformation principle and characteristics of the process of pushing pipein-depth and developed the process calculation software to provide guidance forthe actual production. Also the numerical simulation of pipe pushing course canprovide a theoretical basis for the process of pipe pushing.
