IMD technology is a kind of polymer material molding and surface decoration technology popular in recent years,mainly used in the fields of electronics,household appliances,communication equipment,automobile and so on.There are many quality problems after IMD film forming,among which deformation is the most important factor affecting molding accuracy.There is a lack of solutions to reduce deformation in production,and there is a lack of proper evaluation methods for deformation problems.Therefore,research is urgently needed to get simple and effective evaluation and reduction of deformation for the products after forming.Main research contents include:(1)Analyze the deformation phenomenon through the analysis of the actual production demand,and obtain the needed deformation phenomenon,according to the extent of deformation divide into two categories,the I,?.Carry out process optimization experiment research on type I deformation.Then combine with the analysis conclusion,carry out a process optimization test to provide the basis for the following forming process;(2)Combine mechanics analysis of molding,the process of deformation and deformation of IMD film after forming radius calculation formula,the IMD film materials for PC film(for example),analysis mechanical performance of material properties related to the temperature parameter,discusses the forming and deformation finite element simulation steps and algorithm selection,set up the IMD film forming finite element model;(3)Discuss the path set of analog data acquisition and the factor set,use part of the test and simulation,the different molding temperature,heat preservation temperature and different depth and different model forming stress distribution and deformation of type I,conclude that evaluation of deformation and the effective method to reduce the deformation,the results show that the temperature is the most important factors influencing the deformation,low heat preservation temperature may delay the onset of deformation;(4)Analysis one of the IMD film product in the production of for numerical simulationunder different forming temperatures and actual production equipment are optimized by the simulation results molding temperature is too low and uneven,by adjust the equipment temperature to meet the requirements,before and after the contrast analysis to adjust molding of IMD film deformation situation,conclude that the adjusted type I deformation rate decreased by 37.9%,63.7% and 21.5% respectively,so as to verify the feasibility of the research methods.Combine with subsequent production process study and classify simplify deformation is the innovation of this article,the way to a great extent,reduce the excessive complexity research,experiment and simulation method of combine the reduced in the mold design and manufacturing and the difficulty of working condition of control,and other methods of theory analysis combine with simulation parameters is also the innovation of this article.In this paper,the problem of deformation evaluation in metal forming is solved to some extent,and the method of reducing deformation is put forward.
