This article is based on a steel tube three-roll cross rolling deformation ofthe basic principles of understanding, reducing process, through the analysis ofcross rolling process of reducing and deformation parameters to explore thethree-roll cross rolling hollow greatly reduced the amount of diameter seamlesssteel pipe three-roll cross rolling hollowthe feasibility. According to a detailedanalysis of its movement principle and the deformation process, the stability ofthe rolling conditions in the capillary, thus to improve existing processes to meetthe requirements of expanding the production of small-diameter seamless steelpipe product specifications; papers derived seamless steel tube three-rollreducing cross rolling hollow roller design and force parameters of the methodof calculation, so as to lay the foundation for the establishment of themathematical model. Papers using finite element software simulation of rollingspeed, feed angle reduction, roll-shaped curve of various factors on the hollowless rolling process of law; industrial test results and finite element simulationresults are compared and analyzed, thus further rolling process parametersoptimized for seamless steel tube three-roll cross rolling hollow reducingformulation of reasonable process route, small-diameter seamless steel crossrolling production efficiency, providing a more reliable theoretical basis.
