Natural gas is the important strategic resources in our country,in recent years,the seamless pipe gas towards large diameter,wall thickness,the trend of development of high grade,in order to meet the natural gas pipeline of long-distance,high quality delivery requirements for the R&D and application of high steel grade pipeline steel is imperative,at present our country of grade X80 steel seamless steel tube production and application is still in its infancy,skew rolling punch is the most important process of production of seamless steel tube,but in the process of perforation parameter adjustment are,on the basis of experience no theoretical support,in this paper,a company based on the latest R&D of X80 pipeline steel,Pipe parameters against the company forΦ1000mm×3500mm 2 roll piercing capillary target parameters forΦ1055mm×157mm request has carried on the feasibility study,research methods and contents are as follows:First by thermal simulation testing machine of X80 steel at different temperature(1100℃~1200℃)different strain rate(0.01s-1,0.1s-1,1s-1,10s-1)under the mechanical properties were tested,and get the material at high temperature mechanics data,studied the deformation behavior of materials under high temperature,and use these data to establish the Arrhenius based on hyperbolic sine constitutive equation;At the same time,in order to find the reasonable processing parameters of the material at high temperature,the DMM thermal processing diagram superimposed by the energy dissipation diagram and the instability diagram was drawn,and the optimal processing conditions of the X80 steel were determined by analyzing the thermal processing diagram.Next to the diameter of Φ1000mm×3500mm size of tube billet skew rolling perforation technology are studied,on the basis of the pipe diameter and capillary specification designed the punch parts,use Solid Works to establish the three-dimensional model of the component,studies the problems existing in the process of punched and the parameters of the parts according to the reasonable assembly in the finite element software ABAQUS.Finally simplified the process of conical rollers skew rolling perforation and assumptions,selection of parameters in a reasonable scope,toe Angle,chose to send into Angle,roll speed,head forward,temperature for the influencing factors,and by means of orthogonal experiment design and numerical simulation research is mainly focused on the above parameters on the influence of the size parameters of the capillary and finally optimize the process parameters,a set of perforation of the optimized parameters for the simulation test,the optimized result is good.This paper provides a theoretical reference for the production of cross rolling perforation of large diameter thick wall and high grade seamless steel pipe. |
