The cement slurry was pumped into the annular space in the casing and formation, when Oil and gas well cementing. Cement column pressure drop on the bottom of the liquid column, weight loss occurs.When it lossed, Oil, gas, water will be invaded the annular space and sneaked into the wellhead.Oil and gas will be arised wellhead, even uncontrolled blow out.Oil and gas resources are wasted, more serious, environment was serious damaged. Research on slurry weight loss is an effective way to solve their problems.Nowadays, the cement slurry weight loss device and discipline are researched. Cement experiment requires experimental device support, and device provide technical guidance to the slurry weight loss experiment.This paper investigate andu research the loss weight device of size, experimental condition, method of measurement and experimental features. The shortfall of current experimental device:does not explicitly put forward the same with the downhole annular size, can not be a precise calculation; none of a device can be experiment with difference in temperature; can not measure pressure during eccentric experiment more than one direction; experimental data saved imperfect.This paper analyze the downhole actual parameters. There are borehole size slurry return, temperature, pressure, casing eccentricity, borehole tilt. Proposed experimental device design concept, full-size annular clearance, temperature control, measured more than one direction when eccentric, and pressure, tilt.The experimental device has been designed and manufactured. Every parameter has been debugging. The temperature and pressure curves are found unusual fluctuations. By repeated testing, the problem of temperature and pressure curves are solved. It could be experimented now. there are three different size annular with it.One set of full-size annulus, The other two sets of annular clearance equal to the annulus. Heat and pressure could be on it. constant temperature heating and different temperature heating could be to achieve.Eccentricity and inclination are be easy to change. Temperature and pressure data could be display on the computer, and be saved. Now, all the parameters of the experimental device are running well.
