Nowadays with the sustained development of China’s economic society and material life of people,High-Fat Diet take a large proportion of people’s daily life.The influence of High-Fat Diet is a slow but gradually increasing process,and it may eventuallycause a range of health problems,such as obesity or dyslipidemias.At present,with the incidence of obesity increased year by year,meanwhile there is a younger trend,looking for efficient and effective lipid-lowering drugs have become the common aspiration of people.As one of the three major non-alcoholic beverages,tea is widely loved by the people around the world.It has a history of thousands of years in our country.In ancient times there is a record of weight loss of tea.Modern research shows that tea and its main active ingredients have potential to reduce fat and lose weight.The research on weight red ucing of tea mainly focuses on the main functional components of single tea or the main active ingredients in recent years,the comparative research contents on different kinds of tea which are made of the same varietyis still relatively scarce.Yinghong No.9 is a typical representative and a unique tea species in Yingde,Guangdong Province,which has strong economic and social benefits,the health function of Yinghong No.9 has been gradually favored by people.In this thesis,we used it as the experimental material,studied on the chemical constituents and the effects on reducing weight and fatof different varieties of Yinghong No.9.Combined with our team and the existing study,it has been proved that different types ofYinghong No.9 had a certain role in reducing fat and losing weight.The most significant effect among six types was oolong tea,which is half fermentation,followed by yellow tea and white tea,the research also provide a theoretical basis for further development and utilization of Yinghong No.9.The main results of this paper are as follows:1.The study on the chemical constituents of tea samples and water extracts from different varieties of Yinghong No.9.In tea samples and water extracts,the content of free amino acids in oolong tea was obviously higher than other groups;There was no obvious difference in soluble sugar content between six kinds of tea,the average value of tea samples was about 2.5 %,and the water extract was about 1.5 %;The trend of flavonoids content in tea samples were: Black Tea(7.34 %)> White Tea(4.4 %)> Dark Tea(3.54 %),consistent with water extract trend;The changes of tea catechins content were consistent with the total amount of tea polyphenols,which showed: Yellow Tea > Green Tea > Oolong Tea > White Tea,Dark Tea and Black Tea were relatively low;In Black Tea,the tea theaflavins,tea thearubigins,tea theabrownins were significantly higher than other groups.2.The study on in vitro enzymeactivity of different types of Yinghong No.9.The average antioxidant capacity in vitro of different types of Yinghong No.9 was: Oolong Tea(4.46 mmol/L)> Yellow Tea(4.16 mmol/L)> Green Tea(4.01 mmol/L)> White Tea(3.15 mmol/L)> Black Tea(1.9 mmol/L)> Dark Tea(1.78 mmol/L);The in vitro inhibitory rate of alpha amylase was: Green Tea(80.90 %)> Oolong Tea(74.38 %)> Yellow Tea(54.57 %)> White tea(56.35 %)> Dark Tea(19.45 %)> Black Tea(11.98 %);The in vitro lipase inhibition rate was: Yellow Tea(16.63 %)> Black Tea(16.55 %)> Oolong Tea(15.95 %)> White Tea(15.57 %)> Green Tea(15.44 %)> Dark Tea(11.89 %).Among in vitro enzymeactivity,Yellow Tea and Oolong Tea were more comprehensive prominent.3.The study on lipid-lowering and weight reducing effects of different kinds of Yinghong No.9 on in obese mice.Feeding high-fat model mice tea exact,after a cycle the results showed that different kinds of Yinghong No.9 had the effect of reducing fat and losing weight,which was compared with the model group.The body weight and body fat content of mice in tea group decreased obviously;also the content of serum TC and TG decreased;and the liver pathological changes alleviated in different degree.Among them,Oolong Tea,Yellow Tea and White Tea have more advantages than other groups.
