Research Of Annular Cement Package Material Used For Water Shut-off In Horizontal Wells Completed With Gravel Packing

Nowadays,the horizontal wells in the sea always use the Gravel Packing Completion,it is becoming more and more urgent to meet with the serious problem of water-cut.Because of the well’s annular space can’t divided into different space at the beginning or the preset packer can’t work anymore,we can’t do the job of solving the water-cut.Then it seriously affect its overall development benefits.We need for chemical segmentation technology to provide technical support for the latter management.The technology of chemical section sealing in horizontal well of open hole completion has been developed and applied successfully.In this paper,I do the research of gravel packer completion horizontal well is based on the technique of open hole completion.In this paper,the characteristics of shear resistance,thixotropic and high strength of different stages in the process of filling in the chemical section seal material of the horizontal well are analyzed.And I optimizes the chemical plugging materials which is commonly used。Finally,I selected the ACP material prepared by Wei Falin and other based on the mixture of aluminum magnesium hydroxide / sodium(MMH/MT)system.The material has strong thixotropic,and the structure can be recovered in a short time after shear failure.In this paper,the effects of temperature on the thixotropic of ACP materials were analyzed.The effects of temperature,salinity and migration distance in porous media on the strength of ACP were analyzed.In this paper,I base on the open hole completion of horizontal wells chemical segment based packer technology,different nozzle research,different injection volume,different eccentricity,different concentrations of ACP materials,and effects of pad fluid injection methods on the effect of blocking.
